All initial course reservations (venue OR in-house) must be confirmed in writing within 7 days, or immediately in the case of late bookings. Once we have received your written confirmation, we will despatch an invoice by return.

Please note: it is our company policy that all invoices must be paid in full prior to commencement of the course, otherwise we regret we will not be able to hold your booking.

Once we have received full payment of our invoice, joining instructions will be issued.
