Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservations and Bookings
    1. Reservations can be made by post, phone, fax or email. Initial reservations received by phone must be confirmed in writing within 7 days, or immediately in the case of late bookings.

  2. Payment
    1. Full payment must be made with booking, unless alternative arrangements have been made with fast Head Office. Upon receipt of the payment full joining instructions will be issued. Payment is non-refundable.
    2. If full payment has not been received delegates may not be admitted onto the course.
    3. Please make cheques payable to fast and send to our Head Office address
    4. BACS payments can be made to Barclay's a/c no: 60549681, sort code 20-29-77
    5. FAST RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD ALL CERTIFICATES UNTIL FULL COURSE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED

  3. Course Fees
    1. All fees are correct at the time of printing but may be subject to change, in which case we reserve the right to charge the fee applicable at the time we receive your reservation. All course fees exclude VAT.

  4. Transfers and Substitutions
    1. Transfer from one fast course to another will incur the loss of the full course fee unless alternative arrangements have been made with fast Head Office. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the course commencement providing we receive written confirmation.

  5. Client Cancellation
    1. Cancellations received by fast 15 days prior to the course will be charged a 25% administration fee, 8-14 days prior to the course will be charged a 50% administration fee; 7 days or fewer prior to course or non-attendance - will incur the loss of total course fee.

  6. Course Information
    1. All fast company courses commence at 9am. It is suggested that students aim to arrive at 8.45am in order that the registration process can be completed before the course starts.

      ALL MODULES OF THE FIRST AID AT WORK COURSE MUST BE ATTENDED; THEREFORE LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  7. Prerequisites
    1. First Aid at Work Courses - Candidates are required to be physically fit and have the aptitude and ability to cope with an intense course of study and practical activity.

      FAW Requalification Courses - Candidates must hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate, which MUST be shown to the course Trainer on day 1 of the course.

  8. Programme Changes
    1. fast reserves the right to cancel and/or amend course dates, times and content. You will be notified in writing of cancellations or amendments. In circumstances beyond our control, a course may have to be cancelled at short notice. In such cases fast will endeavour to arrange suitable alternatives.

  9. Introduction
    1. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

  10. Intellectual property rights
