This course is designed to give employees an understanding of the principles of correct handling techniques by explanation, video presentation and practical exercises. The recognition of harmful lifting practice is also covered. The basics of handling are dealt with during the morning session, progressing to the more complex tasks of moving people during the afternoon.

This course can be run in-house for groups of up to 10 delegates.
