Safe Use of Handling Aids for Carers

This course is designed to give employees an understanding of the principles of correct handling techniques by explanation, demonstration and practical exercises. The recognition of harmful lifting practice is also covered. The basics of handling are dealt with, progressing to the more complex task of moving people.

This course can be run in-house for groups of up to 10 delegates.
