Requalify as a First Aider with Safety First Aid Training

Our First Aid Requalification Course is accredited by one of two awarding bodies, QNUK (Ofqual) or FAIB, both of which are recognised by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Upon completion of our 2-day course you will have proven that you are aware of any changes in legislation since your last qualification and are still able to confidently perform the skills needed in emergency first aid.

 

Please note that in order to for delegates to be able to sit the 2 Day Requalification First Aid at Work Training course delegates certificates must have expired for no more than 7 days.

 

Why is Requalification Necessary?

Requalification is a required every three years according to HSE regulations. This is done to ensure that first aiders remain confident enough to accurately apply life saving techniques during a major emergency, able to act decisively in high-stress situations where a colleague has had an accident or fallen ill and are aware of any changes since they last underwent training.

Course Certificate

Upon successful completion of the multiple-choice question paper and practical exercises, each learner will receive a QNUK-accredited Level 3 RQF (Ofqual regulated) qualification or FAIB accredited certification, valid for 3 years. Both certifications meet HSE requirements and are recognised by the HSE.
