Neurodiversity Training with Safety First Aid Training
Neurodiversity in UK workplaces is gaining more recognition and understanding. However, 31% of organisations still don’t formally discuss neurodiversity, despite it being estimated that roughly 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent.
What is Neurodiversity?
Every individual has a uniquely structured brain—no two are exactly alike. Neurodiversity refers to the idea that these brain differences are normal and natural. Some people’s brains just function differently. The term is used to broadly describe those with conditions such as ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia.
Embracing a neurodiverse workforce offers significant advantages and opens the door to a broader range of talent. By aligning roles with the strengths of neurodivergent individuals and reducing potential obstacles, organisations can foster an inclusive environment that supports productivity and effectiveness for everyone.
